All bookings made via our website, mobile application, or customer care helpline are subject to confirmation and availability. Our NABL-accredited laboratories and trained phlebotomists follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely test results.

While we make every effort to deliver reports within the communicated turnaround time, unforeseen circumstances—such as technical issues, high sample volumes, or medical complexities—may occasionally cause delays. All diagnostic reports are intended for informational and screening purposes only and must not be considered a substitute for consultation with a qualified medical professional. We strongly recommend that all medical decisions be taken in consultation with your healthcare provider.

Payment for services must be completed prior to or at the time of sample collection, in accordance with our pricing policy. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid service charges.
